One of the first styles I created for Made by Noemi was the suspender belt in cotton. I love wearing stockings in thin wool and in order to keep them up you have to have a nice suspender belt. The Cotton suspender belt is classic and comfortable enough to be worn everyday. The design is clean and the cotton (as you know) is to die for!
This is how to wear stockings my way:
As I seem to be one of few that love to wear long stockings in wool, they are never to be found in shops. Therefore I’ve solved it by buying nice pantyhose and cutting off the legs to stockings instead. The cut edges are soft and don’t rip apart as many might think – and besides I love raw edges on styles!
I roll down the ends of the stockings a bit to get a better grip and attach the metal buckle of the suspender belt. Simple and a more everyday look that goes well during colder seasons under the cool layering.
This is why I made Made by Noemi suspender belt, for that everyday use with wool stockings (or the type/material you prefer) under a favourite dress or wide pants. Paired with flat mens shoes for that easy look that works both to work and on a date!
